October 2005 - The Toy Town News (Perthshire Advertiser) and Radio Tay launched a media attack on the Business Perthshire website. Angry chamber president Alistair Doward blasted the website claiming "It gave a biased, misleading and derogatory image of Perthshire, its government and business community." Public opinion however was on the side of both Perthshire Business and Business Perthshire. Both websites experienced a substantial rise in visitors that never subsided. Gordon Bannerman journalist from the Perthshire Advertiser and Ally Ballingall have both served the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce as Vice President Communications. Circumstantial evidence?
